- 300ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon stevia
- 1 large banana
- 3 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
- 2 scoops chocolate pharma whey
- 1 table spoon Meridian peanut butter
- Peanut M&M’s
Blend all the ingredients together and pour into your post workout mug or shaker, then sit back....... put your feet up and chug away!
