PROTEIN YUM: Post Workout Peanut Butter Mug

Ingredients

  • 300ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon stevia
  • 1 large banana
  • 3 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
  • 2 scoops chocolate pharma whey
  • 1 table spoon Meridian peanut butter
  • Peanut M&M’s

Method

Blend all the ingredients together and pour into your post workout mug or shaker, then sit back....... put your feet up and chug away!
