150g pumpkin, blended into a puree
1 banana, frozen
120g natural yoghurt
1 scoop PhD Nutrition Diet Whey in Vanilla
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp agave nectar
Handful of ice
- Put all ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth – simple!
