Green powders aren’t just for hippies!
Green powders have been popular amongst health enthusiasts for years due to their level of antioxidant properties, but these powders are becoming an “I can’t live without” supplement since ‘life on the go’ has become more common.
Many fitness gurus will be the first to admit that they don’t have the time to consume their required fruit and vegetables when they’re out and about, but not only the time but the storage can sometimes be an issue. There’s nothing worse than going to eat your greens while on the go, to find they don’t smell quite the way they should … off putting!! So, on occasions when you know consuming your daily fruit and vegetables isn’t convenient, green powders can be a god send!
Now, I’m not saying green powders should be a direct replacement of fruit and vegetables because ‘proper’ greens do offer you natural, nutritional benefits but powders are great for those ‘whoops’ moments which we will all face at some point. Here are some benefits of using green powders:

- Assists metabolism

- Contain antioxidant properties
My favourite green powder has to be PhD Woman Greens and Berries, summer fruits flavour. This is one of the many powders I’ve tried that tastes great and isn’t a chore to drink! I would give this a 8/10 in total as it offers many benefits to be as a female as it contains Vitamin B6 to support healthy hormonal balance.
