- 1 tablespoon of Dr Zaks Coconut Oil
- ½ tablespoon of honey
- 30g of ground almonds
- 50g of Oat Flour
- 50g of Stevia
- 200g of Greek yoghurt
- 50g of low fat cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 60g of mixed berries
- 2 scoops of Vanilla PhD Nutrition Pharma Whey HT+
Combine the ground almonds, oat flour, honey and melted coconut oil in a bowl.
Share the mixture between 3 small ramekins, press down the mixture and allow to chill in the fridge.
Meanwhile, combine the Greek yoghurt, cream cheese, vanilla extract, protein powder and Stevia, finally add the berries and mix well.
Add the cream mixture to the ramekins and then return to the fridge to chill for 2-3 hours.
