Who is @SuperAbs…

I’m a Mum, Artist and Fitness Model… I really got serious about my training in 2013 when I ditched the aerobics classes and discovered the iron! Since then my obsession with the gym and nutrition has flourished. I’m currently studying for my Level 5 Advanced Nutrition Diploma and will be sharing some of my clean eating secrets with you right here on my blog.

Representing #TeamMonster

I stepped my training up a notch to hit the stage for the first time this year for Fit Factor at BodyPower (picture above). I was so pleased to place 3rd with some very stiff competition, including fellow #TeamMonster Athlete Emily McHugh. Always striving for progress I’m excited to announce I will be competing again on the 8th November at the O2 Arena for WBFF.  Prep has started already and I’m determined to get in the best shape of my life. With help from the lovely guys and girls at Monster Supplements I’m going to be using their fab array of nutritional supplements to complement my diet and training and really take my physique to the next level.
