Check out this great pancake recipe for a tasty treat that ticks all the protein boxes!
The following recipe is ideal for making between 3 and 4 pancakes, to make more, just increase the size of the mixture:
Pre-heat a pan with half a tea spoon of olive oil:
- Add to a shaker:
- 1x Whole Egg
- 4x Egg Whites
- ½ Scoop of Muscle Mousse (buy Muscle Mousse)
- Vigorously shake for 30 seconds
- Allow to rest for 30 seconds
- Add to pan
HINT: Wait until the pancake has cooked on one side before attempting to flip!

- Fats: 6g
- Carbohydrates: 4g
There you go. You should now have yourself a tasty pancake treat and if not, don't panic. Whip out the Muscle Mousse and give it another try!
