Muscle Mousse Pancake Recipe

Like Muscle Mousse? Like Pancakes? Why not have both?

Check out this great pancake recipe for a tasty treat that ticks all the protein boxes!

The following recipe is ideal for making between 3 and 4 pancakes, to make more, just increase the size of the mixture:

How to:

Pre-heat a pan with half a tea spoon of olive oil:

  • Add to a shaker:
  • 1x Whole Egg
  • 4x Egg Whites
  • ½ Scoop of Muscle Mousse (buy Muscle Mousse)
  • Vigorously shake for 30 seconds
  • Allow to rest for 30 seconds
  • Add to pan

HINT: Wait until the pancake has cooked on one side before attempting to flip!

Macros:

  • Protein: 38g
  • Fats: 6g
  • Carbohydrates: 4g

There you go. You should now have yourself a tasty pancake treat and if not, don't panic. Whip out the Muscle Mousse and give it another try!
