The Training:

Legs

  • Leg extension
  • 2 warm up sets
  • 4 working sets
  • Followed by a drop set

Squats

  • 4 sets 20reps
  • Following by a drop set

Leg Press

  • 4 sets 30reps 10 low/close 10 shoulder width,10 high/wide Drop set to failure with negatives

Lunges

4 sets 16-18 reps 20kg DB's

Plyometrics to finish

  • Jumping squats 20reps
  • Sumo squats with jump 20reps
  • Alternate lunges 20reps
