Repeat this workout 4 times
- Hanging leg raises x 20
- Cable crunches x 40 reps, x 30 reps, x 20 reps, x 18 reps increasing the weight each set.
- Side bends using 20kg weight plate 20 bends each side
Finish off with the following:
- Decline bench weight plate 10kg repeat till failure x2
