Ab Blast - workout

Repeat this workout 4 times

  • Hanging leg raises x 20
  • Cable crunches x 40 reps,  x 30 reps, x 20 reps, x 18 reps increasing the weight each set.
  • Side bends using 20kg weight plate 20 bends each side

Finish off with the following:

  • Decline bench weight plate 10kg repeat till failure x2
