Workout Of The Week

This week was the first of a 6 week transformation under the guidance of Kevin Walker, ModelHealth CEO and transformation God! This week I was exposed to a training routine which totally killed me and took me by surprise me.

Now I am going to do the noble the thing and share it with you, see how you go! WARNING - this is TOUGH!

Circuit X 4

Dumbbell Chest Press

Single Arm Dumbbell Row (Right)

Single Arm Dumbbell Row (Left)

Squats

Standing Arnold Press

Deadlifts

Rules -

4 second negatives

12 reps per exercise

30 seconds between each exercise

90 seconds between each circuit
