When we diet it isn't so much the restriction of ''food'' that is the issue, but flavour! Look at this example, chicken & pasta Vs. creamy chicken and pasta. Same kind of dish, massive difference in taste and texture, the latter would probably satisfy your cravings and provide satiety much more easily.
Fear not, we have a delicious low calorie creamy pasta recipe!
4 chopped mushrooms
1/2 red onion
1/2 green pepper
Handful cauliflower florets
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Cook on very low heat for 3-4 minutes and then add 1 tablespoon Philadelphia light and stir.
Add sauce to a bowl of cooked chicken breast & pasta and stir in together!
