Different things inspire me to come up with recipes which taste amazing, sometimes it can be a new place I am staying, sometimes a new dish I see or a new ingredient which I want to include in to my diet. This week's recipe was inspired by my surroundings, India!! The coconut is a very widely used food here and with so many healthy benefits and an amazing taste I had to use it.
The week's recipe is a sauce to cover your chicken or beef in!
1 tablespoon of natural crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup natural coconut milk
2 grilled tomatoes chopped finely
1 teaspoon natural soy sauce
Cook & stir!
