Guilt Free Junk!

Some people can eat the typical ‘’chicken & rice’’ or ‘’chicken & veg’’ type of diet to rip up including myself in the past, but these days people demand more from their healthy living diet and so do I. if there is no need to hate your food then why bother forcing down food you dislike, when there are clearly other alternatives. The actor I am training out in India is very picky and although he is compromising on a lot of things because I made him, I do reward him with a post-workout meal from heaven. Yep, it tastes that damn good yet I am not compromising his diet even 0.5% by giving it to him – why? Simply because the ingredients are very healthy and they serve a great purpose as part of a transformation diet, you just have to know how to make them taste good together!

Enough of the fluff, today I am going to share with you 3 tummy busting pancake stacks which are suitable for a transformation, 2 of which contain carbs and the final one is very low in carbs.
Blueberry & Syrup Pancake Stack
Ye it tastes as good as it sounds!! If you are somebody who craves sweet things during a transformation then this recipe is certainly for you, no question about it. This makes the ideal post-workout pancake stack because your insulin sensitivity is optimised, helping your body utilise the complex carbs from the oats. Now get cooking!
50g oats
12 egg whites
2 teaspoons stevia
50g dried blueberries
BLEND & cook in a sizzling hot pan with 1 cal spray
Serve with calorie free pancake syrup
Banana Nut & Chocolate Pancake Stack
Bananas offer a great carbohydrate source pre and post-workout depending the goal, some of my clients will use them. This recipe tastes amazing, looks amazing and will definitely set your taste buds alight after living off bland food.
50g oats
12 egg whites
1 banana
2 teaspoons stevia
BLEND & cook in a sizzling hot pan with 1 cal spray
Serve with calorie free chocolate sauce and calorie free caramel syrup sprinkled with walnuts
Nut & Berry Pancake Stack
Although berries are not carb free they are extremely low in carbohydrates, generally are low GI and contain so many benefits in regards to maintain a healthy physique. With that said even on a ‘’low carb’’ diet I do tend to include berries of some description.
50g almond flour
12 egg whites
2 teaspoons stevia
50g fresh blueberries
5 strawberries
BLEND and cook in sizzling hot pan in 1 cal spray
Serve with calorie free pancake syrup & calorie free chocolate sauce
Dieting should never again be a painful experience for you! Whenever you begin to feel as though your cravings are getting the best of you, just make a pancake!!
