Motivation is the back bone of any success story - without it nothing would get done because there are times when achieving goals you WANT can be extremely difficult. It is the motivation which drives you through this barrier!
Hands down, the motivational story of the month has to be Craig Rowlands' new 12 week transformation. He is only on week 3 and he really has been put through the mill! At the end of week 1 he was struck by a golf ball from 300 yards and still got up 4:30am the next day to hit cardio! Does that motivate you? I thought so, it certainly motivated me!
