Left, right and centre people are beginning their 2012 transformations and already I am seeing some amazing results! Personally I am planning to start my own 2012 transformation very soon which got me thinking, what recipes can I use to ensure I really enjoy my dieting experience? This week I am going to share with you a recipe which has never failed to keep me on track thus far. Remember, simplicity is often the best way when it comes to making your diet taste great!
1 large baked potato drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with sea salt and pepper!
200g chicken breast chunks grilled
1/2 yellow pepper, 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 green pepper, 1 red onion, 2 sliced mushrooms all stir fried together using a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
This sounds very simple right, maybe a little boring? Trust me, when your dietin and you then taste all of these wonderful foods bouncing around on your taste buds you will be more than satisfied!
