As I keep preaching to you guys, food is the name of the game! So it makes sense to enjoy your food right? Many athletes will eat meals they hate day in day out to achieve their goal, I don't! What is the point? It is entirely possible to eat food which is productive as an athlete, yet tastes great! Here is another recipe to prove the point.
60g oats and 4 egg whites blended
10 almonds blended on their own
Add the blended oats, egg whites and almonds together with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Add to sizzling hot frying pan coated with 1 cal extra virgin olive oil spray
Cook into pancakes
Serve as a big stack of 12-15 protein pancakes with a handful of blueberries, 1/2 fried banana,1 tablespoon of organic crunchy peanut butter and a teaspoon of Manuka honey.
