Every time I give a 'tip of the week' I try and keep it simple and effective. I'm not one for magic solutions or crazy routines, I am more about keeping things basic and being consistent. Having said that, there are times when something a little different can benefit you! With that said, here is my very short but effective 'tip of the week!'
Swap all of your dumbbell exercises for cable exercises!
So every time you do bicep curls, do them on the cable machine. Why?
Cables keep tension on your muscle 100% of the time. Cables also afford you more freedom than a dumbbell to utilise different angles of attack! It is as simple as that! Really focus on squeezing the muscle during the contraction point and holding it as well. You will feel a burn in the muscle like never before and I think this will benefit you! Enjoy!
