Use a training log to grow!
How can a piece of paper with numbers and words scribbled on it help me grow, I hear you ask.
The fact of the matter is, the body will adapt to new levels of stress. Therefore by keeping a log of the weight you used and the number of reps you achieved, you can set out to beat this on a monthly basis and FORCE the body to adapt. What will it do to adapt as the workouts become more and more challenging? GROW! Such a simple yet effective approach to training. Get writing!
