To make your workouts harder every week and more progressive, take a pocket sized notebook into the gym. Mark down how many reps and with what weight for each working set, per body part.
All you have to do is make sure you beat yourself every week, literally! This will force your body to keep up with the continuous levels of stress, resulting in bigger and stronger muscles! Keep it simple guys!
