    Hello,

    I was just wondering whether taking both a muscle building supplement (phd synergy) at the same time as a weight loss supplement (thermobol) was worth doing or whether this combination is not a good idea..please get back to me.

    Hi Ken, This will be fine, i would also add a quality whey protein like PhD Pharma Whey to your diet too to use between meals, the synergy would be fine to use post workout as the glycogen stores in your muscles will be depleted so the moderate carbohydrate llevels in synergy will be absorbed by the muscles. If the aim is to achieve a lean physique then just be concious of carbohydrates later in the day, try to cut the carbohydrates off at 6pm and try to avoid sugars, slow burning carbs fount in oats, brown rice and sweet potatoes are fine, keep the protein intake high and get plenty of green veg! You will be on track then for sure. JB

    if your looking to build muscle would you suggest pharma whey or the synergy from phD?

    Synergy will allow you to build lean muscle mass faster than just whey. Thank you remeber to train hard. JB
